Ingredients 

  • 1-2 cups of greens (spinach, kale)
  • 1 frozen banana¬†
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • Optional; 1 tbsp nut butter, frozen mango or berries

Method

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
